CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Coroner’s Office on Wednesday released the name of an individual who was found dead in a West Ashley swimming pool.
Robert Hart, 47, of Charleston, was pronounced dead on Tuesday after being discovered in a swimming pool at the Planters Trace Apartments, located off Ashley River Road.
