Ten days after the heartbreaking passing of Hayden Panettiere, her former castmates from the hit NBC series Heroes gathered to honor her memory.
Jimmy Jean Louis, who portrayed “The Haitian” on the show, shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram along with photos from the reunion. The series, which aired from 2006 to 2010, brought together several of Hayden’s co-stars for an emotional evening of remembrance.
“A Heroes reunion to celebrate the life of HAYDEN was deeply emotional,” Jean Louis wrote. “There was sadness in our hearts, but also so much love, gratitude, and warmth as we remembered the beautiful moments shared and the lasting impact of a life that touched so many. Au revoir Hayden.”
Among those present in the photos were Adrian Pasdar, Greg Grunberg, Masi Oka, Jack Coleman, Maddy Zima, and Santiago Cabrera. Fans also noted that Zachary Quinto and Sendhil Ramamurthy joined the gathering virtually.
Maddy Zima reflected on the reunion, describing it as “one of the most love-filled rooms I’ve ever been in.” Jack Coleman’s wife, Beth, added, “The love in the room was all Hayden.
The ‘little girl’ on the show who set the tone from day one, and the glue that bonded friendships for life. She will always be missed.”
Fans expressed gratitude for the opportunity to see the Heroes family reunited, with many sharing how much the show-and Hayden’s character Claire-meant to them.
“Thanks for sharing – such a beautiful honour for our lovely Hayden,” one wrote. Another commented, “This warmed my heart.
Heroes was so important to me growing up and Claire was the heart.” A third fan added, “This is fantastic to see.
Looks like lots of love in the room. All for Hayden and the moments shared.
Very powerful.”
In light of this touching tribute, many are feeling inspired to revisit the beloved series and celebrate Hayden’s legacy once again.
