MARYLAND (WBFF) — A man has been extradited from North Carolina and charged with murder in the death of Dominic Rhames, a Maryland transit supervisor shot and killed in front of his daughter last month.
Court records show Mckevit Walker, 54, is being held without bond after being served a month-old arrest warrant on Aug. 22. He is charged with first- and second-degree murder, as well as first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and several firearm offenses.
