CHELSEA, MI — Chelsea City Manager Elle Cole has been placed on administrative leave, with the city council set to go into a closed session at a special meeting tonight, Thursday, Aug. 27.
The special meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 311 S. Main St., and on Zoom.
