AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The City of Amarillo reports that the Lawrence Lake Force Main Improvement Project will cause traffic delays and closures on Western Street due to construction.
Crews are working on Western Street between Erik Avenue and Western Plaza Drive for the Lawrence Lake Force Main Improvement Project. Officials explained that this project aims to improve drainage infrastructure near Lawrence Lake, help mitigate flooding, and improve drainage throughout the area.
