Mobile County man sentenced on fentanyl trafficking charge

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile County man has been sentenced to prison time on a fentanyl trafficking charge.

According to a Department of Justice news release, Horatio Tremaine Washington was sentenced to 60 months in prison.

The Mobile Police Department executed a search warrant at Washington’s home in September 2022, where they found a large amount of marijuana, fentanyl pills, oxycodone pills, THC gummies, cocaine, methamphetamine, two digital scales, packaging for drugs, $7,493 in cash, a money counter, three guns, and a pill press.
