PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Two people are facing charges after several shots were fired into a home in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Pawtucket late Tuesday night.
Officers were called to Prospect Street around 11:30 p.m. for reports of gunfire in the area. Police said nine shots were fired into an apartment and the surrounding area. One of the bullets entered a child’s bedroom and hit the headboard, according to police.
