The Society of Preservation Brings a New Definition of Beauty to Charleston’s King Street

Charleston has always been a city built around preservation. Now, a new medical spa on King Street is taking that idea in a different direction — applying it to the way people approach aging, skincare and aesthetics.

The Society of Preservation Med Spa officially debuted in August at 263 King Street, Suite C, bringing an upscale, provider-led approach to medical aesthetics to downtown Charleston. The concept is straightforward: enhance what is already there rather than dramatically change it.

The Society describes its philosophy as “preserved, never altered,” with treatments designed to help clients look refreshed rather than visibly treated.
