PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The Peace & Plenty Community Garden has called Providence’s Elmwood neighborhood home for nearly four decades.
And the beloved community garden will remain a treasured resource for generations to come thanks to a generous donation by Paolino Properties CEO Joseph Paolino Jr.
Paolino gifted the four parcels of land that make up the community garden to the Southside Community Land Trust, with the goal of permanently preserving it.
