LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Thursday, August 27, an Arkansas State Trooper stopped a blue Chevrolet Equinox for a traffic violation on Interstate 55 by the 56-mile marker.
During the stop, an altercation occurred after the Trooper attempted to arrest the driver, Pedro Gonzalez, 36, by way of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer.
