SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Elevate Lives is officially breaking ground on a new multi-family affordable housing development in North Springfield, redeveloping the former campus into a long-term support hub for local families.
The new development, named Elevate Heights, will eventually feature two 21-unit apartment buildings located near East Kearney Street at the renovated campus.
Monday’s ceremonial groundbreaking marks the start of Phase One, which focuses on constructing the first 21-unit building. Construction is expected to wrap up around January or February of 2027…
