ANN ARBOR, MI – A crane moving scaffolding on a 13th-floor construction site in Ann Arbor was the cause of what initially appeared to be collapsed floors, according to city officials.
“Workers were using a crane to move aluminum scaffolding when another section of scaffolding was struck and dragged toward the edge of the building, where it bent and collapsed,” Ann Arbor city officials said on social media, citing Turner Construction Company.
