(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Double D’s BBQ Shack has been awarded the 2026 Governor’s Plate Award for its smoked brisket made from Colorado-sourced beef.
The award was presented to Double D’s as part of the Governor’s Table event. The Governor’s Table is a reimagining of previous years’ Governor’s Plate competition, aimed at celebrating America and Colorado’s shared milestone anniversaries.
