Jury reaches verdict for 2 people federally charged in ‘Operation Charlotte’s Web’

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A jury on Wednesday convicted two people who were accused of blocking federal agents from entering a parking lot at the Department of Homeland Security in Charlotte.

On Wednesday, Sept. 3, a North Carolina jury convicted Heather Morrow and William Stanley on charges connected to a November 2025 incident. The trial began on Monday, Aug. 31, and lasted almost three full days.
