DENVER — Wabash Marketplace, a 34,846-square-foot shopping center near Cherry Creek Country Club, has sold for $8.5 million, according to Marcus & Millichap.

The property at 8400 E. Iliff Ave. sold for about $243 per square foot in an off-market transaction. Built in 1983, the center sits on 2.13 acres and includes restaurants, a coffee shop, fitness and beauty businesses and a home decor retailer.
