The city of Lake Oswego has decided to cancel a two-act concert that was supposed to make up for two cancelled concerts in August.
The city posted on social media Tuesday that it would nix a concert featuring Wild Boys and Band After Midnight that was slated for Wednesday, Sept. 2 at Foothills Park.
