Two people were hospitalized on Wednesday after a medical emergency near the West Orange Trail, according to Orange County Fire Rescue.
Orange County Fire Rescue said it assisted Winter Garden Fire Rescue on the call and transported two patients to Orlando Regional Medical Center as trauma alerts.
