DaBaby is opening a chicken-and-waffle restaurant in Charlotte this weekend, turning the rapper’s “No Knife” food brand from a social media following into a storefront.
No Knife Chicken & Waffles opens at 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 6, during Labor Day weekend at 700 Atando Ave, less than two miles from both Camp North End and NoDa districts. The announcement described it as a concept centered on DaBaby’s “No Knife” brand and his “Cookin’ With Kirk” social videos.
The menu leans on 10 waffle varieties, including soul food cornbread, red velvet, banana pudding, birthday cake, blueberry lemon, peach cobbler and sweet potato, alongside a plain “OG” waffle.
