FALL RIVER, Mass. (WJAR) — A New Bedford man already serving time for sexually assaulting children will spend a combined 53 to 65 years in state prison following a second conviction.
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office said 37-year-old Joel Berberena was convicted Sept. 1 after a jury trial in Fall River Superior Court.
