MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — Window Depot of the Gulf Coast has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, reporting no assets and more than $1.3 million in unsecured debts.
The petition, filed Sept. 1 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama, lists 173 unsecured creditors and estimates the company has less than $50,000 in assets. Its detailed asset schedule lists $0 in cash, inventory, equipment, accounts receivable and real property.
