The skyline of a portion of downtown Shreveport continues to shift with progress on the new $100 million- plus Louisiana State Office Building.
Workers on the eight-story structure have been making hay this summer with few weather-related delays. “The project remains on track for completion within the planning summer-fall 2027 time frame,” said architect Matthew Baker, the Director of the Louisiana State Office of Facility Planning & Control, the state division that is overseeing the build.
