PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Ahead of the five-week Interstate 5 Rose Quarter closure, the Oregon Department of Transportation is acknowledging one wildcard that could affect the construction schedule: the weather.
The southbound closure is set to begin Sept. 11.
