STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 19-year-old man from Brooklyn allegedly drove a car that hit and injured a father in a dispute that turned violent at a graduation party on Lighthouse Hill, according to sources.
Sergio Sokoluk, 19, of 86th Street, was arrested on Aug. 26 for the crash earlier that month that injured the 60-year-old father of the graduate outside a home in the normally quiet residential area, according to the criminal complaint and a law enforcement source.
