STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 27-year-old man was launched into the air and suffered serious physical injuries during a hit-and-run crash prompted by road rage in New Springville, according to authorities.
Mohammad Jaber, 22, of Windsor Road in Castleton Corners, was arrested on Sept. 2 for allegedly driving the gray Audi S5 that struck the victim on Aug. 17 around 1:30 p.m. near Platinum Avenue and Ring Road, according to the criminal complaint and police.
