CHARLOTTE – Bob’s Discount Furniture not only celebrated the opening of its new Charlotte Matthews location Sept. 4 but also donated $5,000 each to Matthews HELP Center and McClintock Middle School.
The company handed a big check to Sandra Rose, executive director of Matthews HELP Center. Her nonprofit supports people experiencing financial hardships that may affect rent, utilities, childcare and other needs.
