WEST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, PA — A man with an outstanding warrant was arrested after allegedly hiding in a drainage channel and attempting to flee from police.
Charles H. Null, 60, of Lancaster, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension and evading arrest or detention on foot.
