MANLIUS, NY — Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a motorcyclist who fled from officers after being observed speeding.
A patrol officer spotted the motorcycle speeding on Sept. 4 at approximately 7:50 a.m., according to the Town of Manlius Police Department.
