LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – City and state leaders dedicated the West Texas State Veterans Cemetery on Friday morning.
Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham joined city and county leaders, along with Lubbock’s state senate and house representatives, to cut the ribbon.
