A former Oregon prosecutor and journalist is suing the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, seeking the release of records related to the Kyron Horman case.
Horman was 7-years-old when he disappeared from Skyline School in Northwest Portland on June 4, 2010. He has never been found.
Janine O’Neill Robben filed the lawsuit Friday in Multnomah County Circuit Court, alleging the district attorney’s office improperly withheld public records related to the unsolved case.
