(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Good Saturday night!
Several severe thunderstorms moved through the region earlier today, causing significant wind damage along the way. Many reports of trees down mainly north and east of Charlotte, from Alexander County into Iredell, Rowan, and Cabarrus counties.
The severe threat is done for the night, but a few spotty showers or light rain can’t be ruled out through early Sunday morning.
Sunday afternoon and evening, another round of severe storms is possible. Once again, damaging wind will be the main threat…
