A multi-vehicle crash listed as a mass-casualty incident — involving an overturned tractor-trailer — shut down Route 15 in both directions in Pennsylvania Saturday afternoon, Sept. 5.
At least six vehicles were involved in the crash at the Mountain Road intersection, just west of Dillsburg in York County, according to the York County Office of Emergency Management.
