50-acre horse farm sold for $3.6 million to equestrian who came to Ocala in pursuit of Olympic dream

A 50-acre horse farm in Ocala was just purchased by an international equestrian competitor who moved to Marion County in 2013 in pursuit of her Olympic dreams.

According to a warranty deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts, Perry Park LLC sold the property located at 5575 NW 100th Street in Ocala to Troika House LLC on August 27.

Florida corporate records show Troika House LLC is registered to Anna Christina Gansäuer, the owner and operator of Kandor Farm.

Gansäuer, who is a Grand Prix show jumper, relocated her riding career from Ecuador to Ocala in 2013 to launch her professional program in the area. After moving to Marion County, she established Kandor Farm, naming the operation after her first Grand Prix horse…
