A 31-year-old Marion County man has been charged with aggravated assault after deputies say he grabbed a rock, confronted his former supervisor, and made death threats shortly after being fired.
On Wednesday, September 2, Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a local business in reference to an altercation involving a terminated employee. A supervisor at the location informed deputies that Reddick resident Darshaun Shamel Ford had been fired earlier that day, prompting an argument between Ford and the supervisor, according to the arrest report.
