CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A 49-year-old woman is recovering from a gunshot wound after a home was hit by a barrage of bullets late Wednesday night.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said seven people were inside the home on Grass Ridge Drive, including an 11-year-old boy who was not injured. The shooting happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2.
No suspects were in custody at the time of this writing, and the investigation remained active.
