Bees offered peace to this Whitley County man. Now, he’s giving others a ‘sting-free’ option.

WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – A unique, pollinator-powered therapy has planted roots in South Whitley.

Jo’s House in South Whitley is a non-profit that runs a bee bed experience, a bed that has no blankets or mattresses, but with hundreds of thousands of bees buzzing beneath.

“It’s amazing that God has given us such a small little creature but put together what they can do,” said Bryan Maley, Jo’s House’s Founder and Executive Director. “At any given time, there’s between 80 to 150,000 bees in a hive, and there’s four hives in each bed, and so… that’s all you’ll hear.”…
