NORTHEAST WISCONSIN – The Nicolet and Outagamie Waupaca Library Systems are exploring a possible merger that could create a single system serving 32 libraries across 10 counties.
A joint committee formed earlier this year is reviewing how a merger could affect governance, staffing, budgets and services provided to member libraries.
