EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) — The Monument Police Department proposed new ordinance measures to regulate illegal e-moto use at tonight’s council meeting.
This includes prohibiting these vehicles from being operated on town property, imposing a civil infraction for parents who allow unlawful operation by a minor, and discretionary impoundment.
