THURSDAY: Mostly sunny early with passing downpours developing late morning in southeast KY near the TN state line. A passing downpour or storm is possible through the afternoon in this same area. The rest of us will stay hot and dry with sun and clouds and highs around 90. Winds will be southwest at 5-10 mph.
