N.Y. Lottery: Staten Islander wins $1 million Powerball prize; here’s how much he’ll take home

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — One lucky Staten Islander won a $1 million prize in the Powerball lottery after matching five numbers in the June 1 drawing.

Frank DeAngelis claimed the second prize by matching the first five numbers drawn: 02, 42, 47, 57 and 58. He missed the Power Ball, which was 14.

DeAngelis opted for a lump sum cash payment and received $612,240. He purchased his winning ticket at Naz Cards & Gifts, located at 4346 Amboy Road…
