CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for portions of southeastern Ohio and western West Virginia.
The warning will be in effect through 2:42 p.m. for Gallia and Meigs counties in Ohio along with Jackson and Mason counties in West Virginia.
