The Canton City Council has approved an application to build a 167-home subdivision in the Keithsburg community.
On Thursday, the city council voted 3-2 to approve a request from Targhee Partners, LLC, to annex 48.192 acres at 2829 Ball Ground Highway and 3830 Fate Conn Road and to rezone the properties from general commercial, estate residential district (R-80) and multi-family residential district (RM-10) to planned development — mixed use.
