INDEPENDENCE, Ky. (WXIX) – A Northern Kentucky police officer after being in a crash with his cruiser while responding to a shots-fired call Thursday morning.
The Independence police cruiser slid off the road and hit a utility pole, knocking wires down at KY 536 (Mt. Zion Road) and KY 17 (Madison Pike) about 9:17 a.m. Thursday, police said.
