CLARK COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT/Gray News) – A family is mourning the loss of their 4-year-old girl who died in an accident involving a tractor.
The Clark County Coroner identified the child as Hellayna Michelle King. The coroner said Hellayna was riding on the back of a tractor, fell off and was accidentally backed over by the tractor.
