College football recruiting is a bloodsport. Until a kid is on campus and locked in, you can never count your chickens before they hatch. Case in point: Kentucky football is in a battle with several huge programs like Georgia and Oregon for three-star LB Drew Williams.
Williams is a Canton, Ga. native, which is about two hours outside of Athens, and is continuing to hear from Georgia who are hoping for a flip. But the home-state product told KSR that, “It’s really nothing to worry about.” With that, he has told Kirby Smart thanks, but no thanks.
That is definitely reassuring to hear, especially considering Williams will be in Lexington this Saturday when Alabama comes to town. However, Williams isn’t the only name to look out for as Will Stein is hosting a lot of big-time talent.

Landon Young finished ranked number 12 in the country, but no other Kentucky commit has finished in the top 20.
