SALINE COUNTY, Ark. – The Saline County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who was reported missing on Wednesday night.
Deputies said William Clemens was last seen around 9:30 p.m. near the 21000 block of Highway 5 in Owensville.
Clemens is described as standing 5 feet, 11 inches and weighing around 150 pounds. Authorities also noted that he is now bald.
