NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A Brooklyn man wanted in connection with a double homicide in the Bronx was arrested Monday after allegedly pistol-whipping a woman in New Rochelle over the weekend.
New Rochelle Police Department officers responded to 23 1st Street at approximately 4:39 a.m. Sunday on a report of a serious domestic assault.
