Alcoa Commissioners award second Good Neighbor Award, other business

Before Tuesday night, you could be forgiven for thinking the botanical displays and Christmas decorations that have graced the corner of East Stephenson Street and Hall Road for the past decade were the work of the city of Alcoa.

Located just off the busy North Hall Road corridor, the Elizabeth Jackson Hill Memorial Garden is a Hall Community landmark created more than 10 years ago by resident Jackie Hill as a tribute to her late parents, Elizabeth and Jabo Hill.
