PRICHARD, Ala. (WALA) – City Council members discussed former Police Chief Walter Knight’s wrongful-termination lawsuit behind closed doors and then voted to refer the matter to City Attorney Josh Briskman.
Knight, who faces felony charges related to allegations that he misused his office for personal gain, sued the city this week. He alleges that Prichard breached his contract.
