VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — An accused DUI driver crashed into the back of a parked Vancouver Police vehicle late Wednesday night while the officer was conducting a traffic stop.
According to Vancouver Police, an officer had pulled a driver over just before 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard and 126th Avenue.
