KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Knoxville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man accused of following a woman to her apartment near the University of Tennessee campus and banging on her door.
It happened around 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2, according to KPD.
According to police, the man, described as wearing a blue shirt with red shorts and a dark hat, entered The Standard at Knoxville apartment building that evening and followed a woman to her apartment.
